Supporting Small Businesses

Central Florida’s small businesses are the backbone of our local economy and the engine for job creation. It is vital to ensure that entrepreneurs have the support they need to stay afloat in these challenging economic times. I have fought to cut taxes and boost access to capital for small businesses to help keep our communities on the road to economic recovery.

I have also developed a plan to support small business incubator programs that foster innovation and reduce costs for early-stage businesses, helping to ensure that emerging ventures are able to access the tools they need to innovate, grow and create jobs. As a small business owner for 30 years, I know the difficulties that our local businesses face and I will continue to ensure that their priorities are represented in Washington.
